snow.. snow.. snow..

I have never seen this much snow in my life. there is so much of it. It all came in one day. The roads are still pretty bad. and they said that 15 people died from being stuck in their cars, and it was right around the corner from here, on the interstate. now that makes me want to cry. BUT some good things came out of it, such as 2 snow days! yay! which yes, were my first snow days ever. I wasn't sure what to do with myself, but I just treated it as Saturday's and relaxed and tried to do homework. But couldn't really concentrate on account of the stinking blizzard I thought we were having, let alone on Valentine's Day. although that day means nothing to me, I did get some candy from some people, so that made me happy. It should be called "single awareness day" because thats pretty much what it is.  Back to classes tomorrow, I think they should've given us another day off, o well. Like Dr. Davis always says "college is the only place that when you pay for something and don't get it some days, you are happy". Sooo true too!
So I hope that everyone else is having a grand ol' winter, and having fun in the snow. and plus I was getting sad that I could still see grass around here, so yay for the snow! :D

so.. time to update..
bbc is going so well. I really enjoy it here, I couldn't ask for a better school. It was a nice transition from wolbi. It's been pretty cold here with lots of wind.. ewww.. but I love the snow, so it's definitely worth it! this weekend was the big game against pbu. It was fun and I got to see some people from wolbi!
I really like xanga, even though I don't update all the time, it's fun to look back over the year and read about different things. One thing I came across was this poem-

I knelt to pray but not for long,
I had too much to do.
I had to hurry and get to work
For bills would soon be due.
So I knelt and said a hurried prayer,
And jumped up off my knees.
My Christian duty was now done
My soul could rest at ease.....

man, I don't know about you, but this poem really hits me.. because it's so true, and I'll probably say the same thing as when I had this on here before.. but we get so carried away with school, friends, internet, and yet we forget about our main focus in life, Christ.
If someone where to follow you around all day, what would you be doing, and how many times would you open your Bible, not for class reading, but for yourself? That question has challenged me for a few days now.

God is so infinte, and so Sovereign, yet He is there for each one of us each time we call upon Him. He is waiting with open arms for us. It still amazes me and I hope my desire for Him never stops and grows more everyday.

I hope each and everyone of you are really cultivating your relationship with God and taking it seriously, after all He is God of the universe and took time for you..

May you rest in His love...

Well I hope that you have all had an amazing Christmas and New Year as well. God is so good.

I just feel like running around outside shouting right now, does anyone ever get that urge?.. kinda like on the last day of classes at wolbi I was supposed to do my evil laugh infront of the class on account of me sitting in the front row. but I chickened out. sorry Carla.. ;)

wow. I never update this thing. i really should though...
A lot has been going on with school and all. been REAL busy, and getting ready for Thanksgiving break. I am pretty excited about that. I really need a good break. AlthoughI am not going home.. I am going to visit some friends in Michigan. That will be lots of fun too. Then I come back here till the week of Christmas then go home! woo hoo =)
life has been real fun tho, even tho its busy. God is good, and always has and will be. even when I am a complete loser He still loves me. such a cool guy.

well anyway. so much for the blah update. but I hope that you all are doing wonderful as well, and remembering who comes first in your life (God ;) )

wow.. its been a while since I have updated this thing.. a lot has been going on. where do I start?
well I got back from France safe, I never really wanted to leave. I might even be going back this summer, who knows.. Im still praying about it.
I am now at BBC in PA. I love it. The classes are amazing. I am learning so much already. I am studying counseling. For this semester I am taking on 19 credits, which is more than normal. Just so that I can finish it 2 years instead of 2 1/2. Its gonna be a busy 2 years of my life.
After I am finished here, I would like to get my Masters in counseling, which is an extra 2 years.. I really do love school!

I have no roommate this year. she was supposed to come but never ended up coming, I didnt know her to begin with, so its all good. Its been going well though. A nice change compared to WOLBI.
I really miss all my buddies from WOL... :( I want to come and visit soon, but I dont know with the busy schedule and all, but hey Im gonna try.
Well I think that this is enough for now.
